Van Helsing: Dracula's Masked All Hallows Ball...
Location of Dracula’s Masquerade Ball in Van Helsing...
In the 2004 film Van Helsing, the Count Dracula’s masquerade ball scene — set on All Hallow’s Eve — was filmed at Kunratice Chateau, K Libusi, Kunratice (Kunratice U Prahy), on the outskirts of southern Prague, Czech Republic

This site was used as the “Transylvanian” village backdrop for the ball, with the chateau and surrounding area dressed to resemble a gothic Transylvanian estate. The production built elaborate sets there to represent Dracula’s lavish ballroom and grounds, even though the actual filming took place in Prague

While the ball’s setting is fictional, the choice of Kunratice Chateau gave the filmmakers a real-world location with the gothic architecture and open space needed for the scene. Today, the site has been redeveloped into shops and a car park, so it’s no longer in its original filming state

If you’re visiting Prague, you can still see the Old Town Square and Malá Strana area, which were also used for other Van Helsing locations, but the specific ball scene was shot at Kunratice Chateau.
